At The Surf Suite you will find a welcoming interior making you feel right at home. The recently renovated space has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to whip up a quick meal. The living room has plenty of space to relax and stream your favorite show. There are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a twin pull out trundle bed. The bathroom has a shower/ tub combo. 692 sq ft.
Great location and neighborhood. There is s shared laundry shed in the parking lot. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works).
*There is an additional unit available on-site with a separate nightly rate. If you would also like to reserve this rental, please inquire within prior to booking.

-1 well behaved dog is allowed with a few additional rules.
-Include up to 1 dog in booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property.
-No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture.
-No Parties, no smoking.
-Quiet Hours 10PM-7AM.

The Surf Suite was a perfect home base for my daughter and I for a long weekend of sports at the IMG Academy. The suite was well appointed with everything that we needed from pots, pans and even a gas grill. The little side deck was perfect to eat meals and the property was clean and well-maintained. The neighborhood is super cute and convenient to everything but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. If you are looking for a quiet spot away from everything but close enough to the town, beaches and other spots, this is a great place to hit in Bradenton.

I would describe this property as a very nice no frills type of place. It's clean and funtional. It was difficult to find the parking in the dark. Other than that no complaints. I did have an issue with the lock but Christianne was very quick and responsive with getting the issue resolved.

The location was good but property needs work with cleanliness, storage, laundry facilities and quality of bedding. Kitchen was not fully equipped or stocked. On the other hand, property manager was very responsive and easy to work with.
