The holiday apartment "Sea View Apartment Playa El Perelló Valencia" is located in Sueca and stands out for its proximity to the beach. The 60 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and accommodates up to 5 guests. Pros: Lovely apartment as pictured, had everything we wanted for a 2 week stay (including a few cooking ingredients and cleaning essentials on a replace if used basis). Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. Lovely small Spanish town (busier at weekends with Spaniards coming to their apartments, no hotels) with plenty of very convenient restaurants & shops open in early October. Cheap (1.5 euro each way) & convenient bus to Valencia. Pura very helpful - thank you!

Pros: Tres bien situé ( proche Valence et Cullera) dans une petite ville typique avec de très bons commerces de proximité et une plage magnifique a 2 pas de l'appartement. Idéal pour des vacances tranquille en famille. Stationnement parfois difficile à trouver à proximité.

Pros: J'ai séjourné chez Purita avec mon mari et mes 2 enfants ( 2 et 3 ans) et tout s'est bien bien déroulé ! Purita nous a tres bien accueilli, sur place tout est prévu pur passer de bonnes vacnacnes. L'
