Owner was extra communicative, easy to work with. House was great for all of us, clean place with lots of comfortable beds!

The house is big and fit our needs well. It is an older house with a lot of normal wear and tear.

We had a large group comprised of 4 smaller groups. We were able to gather in the yard to socialize and grill/eat together but we also had spaces inside to visit/play games in a large group or in smaller groups. Most of our group went to Waverly Hills but the others were able to stay at the house or do their own thing. It was the perfect place for our group. We appreciated the off-street parking, outdoor space and the neighbor, the most. We hope to stay again some day!

Great house in a great neighborhood. We didn’t understand it was in 3 separate units when renting it so made it a little chaotic for the entire group staying. Air conditioning in the upstairs loft was not ideal but kept things cool enough. Great backyard with lots to do.
