Located in a small, quiet building, you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting with minimal neighbors, stunning ocean views, and access to a heated pool. You are steps from the sugary white sand of Indian Rocks via private beach access. The private elevator adds exceptional convenience—making it easy to bring in groceries, luggage, and beach gear directly to your door for a seamless stay.
The condo features a spacious and comfortable layout designed for a relaxing beach stay. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an updated private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination is conveniently located between the two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware and cookware for your convenience and features upgraded cabinetry and quartz countertops. The living room offers comfortable seating with a pullout sofa, large TV and is filled with sparkling ocean views. For added convenience and comfort, there is an in-unit washer and dryer located in the hallway closet and smart TV's throughout.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• Pet Policy: No pets
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (keyed private elevator or 1 flight of stairs)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy. All guests agree to abide by this policy upon booking including being respectful of quiet hours, adhering to the property's maximum occupancy at all times and not engaging in any illegal activity.

Very very clean unit with a picture perfect view! Exactly what our little family was looking for. The condo is equipped with everything you need. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, close to restaurants and beautiful Indian Rocks Beach

We are new to Indian Rocks. This two-bedroom condo is perfect for a party of two (mom and son). We love the location. Interestingly our first visit was pre-hurricane, so we were very aware of the changes to the beach landscape. However that didn't affect our enjoyment at all. The condo is very comfortable, and of course the evening sunsets are amazing. We are quiet and low-key, and this spot is perfect for us.

Overall this property has a lot going for it, proximity to the beach is excellent, close to restaurants, personal elevator, nicely decorated and provisioned. However it is old and it shows in the walls, the sloping floors, the flickering lights and the awful acoustics. One can hear everything in the units above and to the side -- everything, like bathroom habits everything... and everything in the parking lot below if you are in the bedroom by the front door. The hosts did a wonderful job of making it delightful but I don't know how one fixes this major flaw. So bring headphones if you want to sleep.
