The VICI villa is located on the west coast of the island of Corfu in the Chalikounas region.
It can comfortably accommodate 14 people (8 in the Villa and 4 in a first apartment and 2 in a second apartment).
The villa, with an area of 400 m2, is built on three levels and sits on a fenced plot of 40 ares. Access is private via a small stone road and a gate.
Villa VICI being south - south / west facing, you can admire the sunset from one of the many terraces. The view from the terrace of Villa VICI is 300 ° and covers Lake Korission, the wooded countryside of the Chalikounas region and the sea from south to north.
Villa VICI is located 2km from the beach of Chalikounas which is the largest sandy beach in Corfu. Almost 4km long in the Natura 2000 area, it is very famous for its “Party” on the beach and for its Kite Surf clubs. You will also find taverns near the sea and Lake Korission.
The village of Agios Mattheos is approximately 4.5 km and Moraitika is 6 km. Aghios Mattheos is a typical mountain village while Moraitika is a seaside resort on the east coast of Corfu. You will find all the facilities in these two villages: shops, bars, restaurants, car / motorbike / quad rental, etc.
The surrounding countryside is made up of olive groves and vineyards, two winegrowers are located less than 2km from the Villa.

We stayed at Villa Vici for 10 days as an extended family of 13, and had a fantastic time! The villa is extensive with multiple levels, meaning time can be spent comfortably both together or separately. The rooms/ apartments have en suites or nearby bathrooms which is an added bonus, and the rooms are generously spaced apart (good for both late-nighters and early wake-ups!)
The location of the villa is fantastic, with incredible views! It is secluded enough to give good privacy, peace and quiet, but there are good amenities nearby such as one of the local Tavernas, Alonaki Bay, which we visited multiple times through our stay and would thoroughly recommend for both food and drinks.
Our contact and host, Vincent, couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, and was always very quick to respond to any issues or questions we had. We received a comprehensive welcome pack before arrival with information about the villa, local recommendations and other useful information which was much appreciated!
Overall, we all had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend staying here to others! Hope to visit again soon - thank you for a brilliant holiday!

Great place to stay, nearby a wedding venue and beautiful sunsets. A little unusual decor but super handy having a bathroom for everyone and a brand new kitchen was awesome.

We were a group of 12 people made of 3 families with teenage kids and we spent 10 days at villa Vici end of June - beginning of July. The villa is nicely decorated, clean and spacious with enough room for everyone. The kitchen has all the modern equipment. The swimming pool is great, regularly cleaned and well maintained. The private access to the sea is difficult, but doable if you are fit. This is actually the only point for improvement for the villa facilities. We were a bit worried about potential heat wave, but the weather was mild and enjoyable during our stay with day temperatures not getting above 30 degrees. You definitely need a car to reach grocery stores or tavernas. All the good recommendations are available in the villa’s app, which was super helpful. All in all we had a wonderful stay at villa Vici, highly recommended for a holiday rent if like us you are a Corfu aficionado!
