As PSU alumni and long time locals, we hope you enjoy our 3 bedroom, 2 bath newly remodeled home just 8.5 miles from Beaver Stadium, 1/2 mile from Fisherman’s Paradise, & 4 miles from State College Airport (SCE). Large open yard available for outside activities. Views of both sunrise and sunset while surrounded by nature. Soak in the remote environment in close proximity to State College and Spring Creek (Fisherman’s Paradise). Room 1: 1 king Room 2: 1 queen Room 3: 3 queens (1 bunk bed) Living room: Queen Sofa Bed + air mattress available. All new furniture and beds. Bedding, towels, basic kitchen spices and supplies, Coffee/tea bar, cooking materials and toiletries provided. WIFI with 2 smart TVs.
The home is up an extended shared driveway with views of local farms and PSU fields in all directions. Enjoy games in the garage or back patio for quick cleanup! 5 lawn chairs available.
Full access to back yard to top of hill, house, and garage. Local brewery’s & distilleries near by.

This was a great location! Went for a Penn State game and it was very close to the stadium, as well as other things in Bellefonte. The host was super responsive and helpful. There is also plenty of room in the house. Would love to come back here!

My two brothers and I met up for a 3 day fishing trip to Spring Creek. This property was perfect for our mini vacation. The house was very nice, clean and well suited for the number of guests. The location was quiet and close to Spring Creek but not too far from groceries stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The addition of a washer and dryer would be very beneficial for guests on extended stays.

My family stayed at Alicia's property for graduation. Short drive to campus and the airport. The property was clean and Alicia was very responsive to questions. Thanks!
