Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa is just 4 km away from Levane, where there are local shops and restaurants, and 9 km from Montevarchi. The villa is situated in the heart of the Bandella Nature Reserve, which is ideal for walking and cycling, and it is close to major cities like Arezzo, Florence, and Siena, which are within easy reach by car.

Villa Nami consists of a main villa (250 sqm) which develops over two levels and a dependence (70 sqm) which also develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV, access to the outside patio), a dining room (with dining table) as well as a well-equipped kitchen (with hob: 4 burners, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and laundry room (with washing machine and dryer). Outside, the villa has a large garden (5,000 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (6m x 12m, depth 1.4m – 2.4m; fenced; open from 1 May to 30 September) with sun terrace (with sun loungers). There is a large veranda (furnished for alfresco dining) next to the villa and a patio in the garden (with comfortable outdoor seating), as well as a children’s playground. The dependence has its own terrace (with an outdoor dining area) and parking is available inside the property.
