Good communication from host prior to trip, ease of entry, house well stocked, with all the amenities a person could possibly wish for to cook, play games and spend time with family. Black Butte Ranch was a great place with multiple swimming pools & hot tubs to choose from (even on New Year's Day) as the hot tub at the house was temporarily out of order. I would say the house could have used a "deep clean" as some surfaces were quite dusty and there were some cobwebs building up, but otherwise it was comfy and homey. Hoodoo and other places for snow activities are not far at all, and we even found a small hill just behind the house for the kids to sled on! Thanks for a lovely stay :)

House was lovely and met our needs well. We were disapppinted because the hot tub was empty, but the host did take care of it.

This is was family-friendly find for us. Check-in was very easy - the home had ample room to fit our needs - having all the appliances at our disposal was key to our vacation.

Reviewer Comments:
We had some issues with cleanliness. The Property Management offered to send someone over to clean. We handled it but we were surprised that the property was just not very clean. Clothes and candy left in drawers, dust and dirt almost everywhere. Glad they had a vacuum and broom.
