Magnificent, fully restored house located a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Loire River and the vineyards. Numerous sightseeing and walking opportunities await you, such as the Briare Canal Bridge, the Gien pottery factory, Sancerre, the Guédelon museum, and of course, the Loire à Vélo cycling route. You can also enjoy leisurely boat trips on the Loire and its canals, starting from Briare or Châtillon-sur-Loire.
Offering 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, 3 have a double bed (140cm), one has a queen-size bed (160cm), and one has two single beds (90cm). You will have a lovely living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a food processor and raclette grill. In the attic, there is a relaxation and play area for children. A gas barbecue in the courtyard provides the perfect setting for enjoying convivial moments. On the ground floor:
- an entrance hall,
- a living room with two sofas and armchairs, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, and a small vaulted cellar on the same level. The living room and kitchen open onto a courtyard with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a beautiful bedroom with a 160x200cm bed and its own bathroom (shower and bathtub) and toilet,
- Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and its own shower room (shower, sink, toilet).
On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3 with a 140x190cm bed and its own shower room (shower, sink)
- Bedroom 4 with a 140x190cm bed and its own shower room (shower, sink).
- Separate toilet on the landing (for bedrooms 3 and 4)
- Bedroom 5 with two 90x190 cm beds and its own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
All bedrooms have internet access.
On the 3rd floor, attic:
