The host and guests occupy the shared residential unit at the same time.Layout & Privacy: This bi-level property is connected by an interior staircase. To ensure excellent privacy for our guests, a door separates the levels. Guests have completely private, exclusive use of the entire main upper floor of the apartment, while my private living quarters are located entirely on the lower ground floor.
