Great little condo. Short walk to the beach. The only recommendation I would have for the host is vacuum and a little cleaner to wipe counters would have been helpful.

Great location for a friend and I to have a beach weekend. Easily walkable to the beach and nearby dining options. The street was quiet, as well as the unit neighbors. We had no issues with noise or feeling unsafe.The unit seems like it would be most comfortable for 3 people. The bedrooms are a nice size with Kings, but the common areas are pretty tight. The bar with dining chairs is a tight fit for only 3 people.There is no bathroom fan and the toilet flushes violently. It could scare small children. There was evidence of effective pest control.Multiple beach towels were available, 2 cooler bags, as well as 2 large backpack beach chairs and a smaller beach chair. We were told there was no umbrella and had to rent one for our stay. It was ready for us when we arrived, but we found an umbrella in the closet. It appeared to be unused, but of lower quality than the rented one.I would stay here again! Just probably not at the maximum of 4 people.
