As you settle into this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area and air conditioning. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the Smart TV; there's also a DVD player. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. We know Moraira well having visited for over 35 years. We recently sold our property in nearby Teulada, so wanted to experience staying right by the sea - and we loved it. The duplex apartment was just what we wanted - main living accommodation downstairs ( WC), with bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs - and balconies for dining, looking at the sea, or being alone. The kitchen is well equipped, and washing machinedryer conveniently located upstairs. We couldn't wish for more. Yes, being just above all the bars/restaurants can be a little noisy towards closing time - but waking to only the sounds of the sea and the birds is wonderful!
