Reviewer Comments:
This was the perfect spot! I’ve stayed on AMI several times and was a little hesitant about not being beachfront, but this place was such a pleasant surprise. We were actually just across the street and felt closer to the beach than some beachfront properties that I'd previously stayed. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The management team was fantastic and easy to work with.My grandsons especially loved the quiet side street and the pool—it made the trip even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

Short walk to the beach. The location was great for walking to the beach and catching the trolley to ride around the island.

When we arrive the property was clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. The restroom needs to be redone completely to be more functional. The shower entry way is so narrowed you will have to squeeze yourself in to get the shower. The shower floor hurts your feet. There is a problem with the water drainage. There is no exhaust fan in the restroom. After we left and came back we noticed the place had a strange smell that would not go away. The kitchen is good with many appliances to use. There was some drywall that needs to be repaired in one of the rooms. The trim throughout the entire rental needs to be repainted. We never used the pool we were waiting for the pool to be cleaned and it didn’t happen.
