The Space:

Welcome to Epic Sunshine Escape — a bright, relaxing, and newly refreshed vacation home designed for unforgettable Central Florida getaways. Tucked away in the highly desirable Indian Creek community, this family-friendly retreat places you just minutes from Walt Disney World, with the entrance to Disney’s Animal Kingdom only a few miles away. Whether you’re planning nonstop park adventures or slow poolside afternoons under the Florida sun, this home offers the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation.

From the moment you walk inside, the soaring vaulted ceilings and natural light create an open and welcoming atmosphere. The home has recently been updated with beautiful new kitchen cabinetry, refreshed bathrooms, upgraded furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout that help the space feel modern, comfortable, and inviting. The spacious living room is the perfect place to gather after a long day at the parks, whether you’re settling in for movie night, sharing takeout around the coffee table, or simply relaxing in the reclining sofas while planning tomorrow’s adventures.

The updated kitchen sits at the heart of the home and offers plenty of space for everything from quick breakfasts before rope drop to family dinners after a busy day exploring Orlando. With its bold cabinetry, open layout, and bright dining area overlooking the pool, the space feels both stylish and functional for families traveling together.

Step outside and you’ll quickly discover why guests love this home so much. The private screened-in pool and spa area creates your own little slice of Florida paradise, complete with loungers for soaking up the sunshine and a covered lanai perfect for outdoor dining or evening conversations after the kids fall asleep. The backyard privacy makes it easy to fully unwind while still being close to all of the area’s top attractions. Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended during cooler months. The spa is connected to the main pool and does not function as a standalone hot tub, but it provides a wonderful relaxing space to enjoy as part of the pool experience.

Kids and adults alike will love spending time in the converted game room, which has become one of the home’s most popular features. With pool, air hockey, foosball, and plenty of room for family tournaments, it’s the perfect rainy-day escape or late-night hangout after returning from the parks. Younger guests will also adore the cheerful princess-themed bedroom, while the remaining sleeping spaces offer comfort and privacy for the entire family.

Beyond the home itself, Indian Creek offers even more to enjoy during your stay. Guests are just a short walk from the community playground, open play fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts, giving families extra room to spread out and enjoy the Florida weather between park days.

As an added bonus, guests staying with Epic Florida Rentals receive exclusive discounted admission offers to Island H2O Water Park, one of Central Florida’s top-rated water attractions and the perfect addition to your vacation itinerary.

Whether your perfect vacation includes Disney fireworks, pool days under the sun, family game nights, or simply slowing down and spending time together, Epic Sunshine Escape was designed to help create the kind of memories that last long after the trip is over.
