This is a beautiful house with some tasteful upgrades and plenty of charm maintained. Our entire group slept soundly on very comfortable beds. There is plenty of space to gather, either inside, on the large front porch, on the back patio, or far back on the tree line. Access to the hot tub and playgrounds were very nice perks for the kids. The parking area was adequate for several cars, with a couple spots shared with the business. Those spots were usually filled during the week by staff which meant no one coming and going in the driveway. That was great for the kids to be able to use the black top. As others have mentioned, this is on the 30 which is a busy road. We never had any issues pulling out onto the road within a minute or so. The windows in the house are clearly high quality and upgraded because the sound was very minimal indoors. Everyone in our party commented on how quiet it was inside. You’ll still get the occasional engine braking semi but some of these reviews make it seem people were trying to sleep on the front porch. The location is very central to all of the happenings of the area. Overall this was a wonderful, peaceful, and charming stay for five nights. Everyone in our party said they would stay at this house again in an instant!

The bedrooms were nice and provided plenty of room. Two full bathrooms and two sets of washing/drying machines is great. If traveling with young children, note that the house is on a very busy (and fast) road. The back yard does make up for it with three full swing sets and a pickleball court. Our children loved those extras! The parking is shared with a local business (with clear designated parking for rental) and that just means the grassy part of the backyard for playing is a couple hundred feet away from the house. Not the property to stay at if you’re looking for a place to open the door and watch kids play on grass from inside. The hot tub is set back from the road (making it quieter for sure!), but also a good 300 feet from the house. Property was well kept, presentable, clear instructions. Well stocked with towels and sheets.

The place was very clean and appreciated the early check in so we could settle in and get ready for the performance at the Sight & Sound Theater. The house had everything we needed. Location unfortunately was on an extremely busy road and difficult to get into and out of driveway. Because of busy road the noise can be an issue especially at night. Other than that the house was perfect for our girls weekend.

Ideal for family with small children. We brought our.Six grandkids and their parents for a mini vacation. Michael could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The access to all of the children playground/pickle ball .... Added variety to our stay..... We never used the hot tub, but did use the fire pit almost every night..... Fun for the kids..... Relaxing for all the adults at the end of a long day. Close proximity to everything we wanted to see. We will definitely be back
