Your relaxed Florida vacation starts here, just steps from Treasure Island's beautiful beaches. An old style Florida one bedroom unit on the Gulf of Mexico. The unit has a bedroom with a king size bed and 2 twin size day beds in the living room. The bedroom has a single sink vanity as an added convenience. The 2 twin size daybeds are perfect for the kids. Bedding for all the beds is included. The newly renovated kitchen has a full sized refrigerator and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, spices and drinkware. There is a large TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. Both TVs have free Spectrum cable and wi-fi. You have a fully stocked apartment (525 sf) to spread out in and enjoy. The bathroom was updated with double sinks and semi-frameless sliding glass shower doors. New flooring has been installed throughout the unit.
There is a shared salt water heated pool at the next door complex. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella included with the unit. After a wonderful day at the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and relax in the shade of the Birdsong breezeway.
The Birdsong is a small friendly complex close to Publix, restaurants, gift stores, and ice cream shops. No car is needed, as you can walk to a variety of bars and restaurants. Or cook a meal at the unit. The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped. A charcoal Weber grill available to guests. The unit is on the second floor. The complex does not have an elevator. No pets are allowed on the Birdsong property or in the unit. There is no smoking in the unit.
The PSTA trolley line runs right out in front of the complex if you want to do a little exploring. It runs every 20-30 minutes from 5am to 10pm 7 days a week making stops from Pass-A-Grille to Clearwater. There is also FreeBeachRide.com (app or call 727-776-7553). It's a free ride service that runs from Pass -A-Grille to Madeira. This free service is sponsored by the St. Pete/Clearwater Visitor Center and the drivers work on tips.

Betsy is an accommodating and responsive host! She has a beautiful condo, right off the beach. She has all the beach essentials to be comfortable on the beach-chairs, umbrella. It was such a relaxing stay and she was very accommodating of a late checkout when I requested this.

The unit was as pictured! Betsy has provided everything you could need. The location is great with walkability to grocery store, and many restaurants/bars. Betsy is very responsive when asked a question. We truly enjoyed a wonderful week at this unit.

My family decided to book this unit for a few days of relaxation at the beach after a cheer competition in Orlando. Betsy was incredibly helpful and communicative right off the bat. She provided details on the area that helped us know what to expect and was very responsive. After checking out in the morning in Orlando, we arrived to the unit a little early with a request to possibly get in sooner due to having a medical bag we didn’t want to leave in the hot car. Betsy did everything in her power to speed the process even though it didn’t work out (which was entirely out of her control) but she was very kind to help us! The unit has everything you could ever think of, which made our beach days so nice! The area the unit is in is convenient to stores, shopping, and dining. The ONLY suggestion I would make (and maybe I missed it) is some sort of line to hang wet towels/suits on (maybe over the shower?) as the unit is on the second floor and I didn’t want to put them over the railing for fear they’d fly off. With that being said, it does not remotely take away from ALL of the positives this unit has to offer!! Our stay was incredible and we can’t wait to return!
