Guests can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver (£35)provide a pre-authorised security deposit (£150) before check-in. (The deposit is only charged if damage is reported within 7 days after departure.)
Pets: Up to 1 well-behaved pets are welcome (£35 per pet, per week). Please bring your own pet bedding and add pets at booking so the fee is included. If undeclared pets are discovered, the fee will be requested separately.
Electric Vehicles: No on-site charger use of mains electric for car charging is prohibited. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged, additional costs may apply.
No stag / hen parties.
No smoking / vaping indoors.
Linens and towels provided (please bring beach towels and cot linen).

Lovely accomadation, everything there for a stress free holiday. Would highly recommend. Location was a short walk to the beach.
I cant think of anything you could do better. All good from booking to going home.

We had a great time staying at Jolly’s. The property is very well presented and was very clean. We could not fault it. The garden area and hot tub was great to enjoy the sunny evenings!
Having a washing machine, dishwasher etc made the stay even better as we did not have to eat out every evening as we had everything we needed in the house.
Travelling with a baby was also made easy as there was a travel cot and high chair provided.
The location is excellent, just round the corner from the seafront and across the road from a play park which was great for our 7 year old.
We would recommend Jolly’s and your company and would definitely stay again.

The property has little regard for 'Health & Safety' especially if accommodating small children.
There was very little feed back on problems reported to the company, which does not open on Sundays.
The quality of the sheets in two of the bedrooms (not the master bedroom) was poor, and could not be changed.
The noise from the adjacent hotels, went on late into the night waking the children/or not getting them to sleep.
The freezer was iced up making it extremely difficult to open & close any of the drawers.
