We had an enjoyable stay! The floors were a bit dirty upon arrival but other than that we had a great time. It was the perfect set up for our family and friends. The kids enjoyed all the amenities and the bunk beds.

This condo was perfect. We were able to see the pools below. With the beach access we were able to play in the sand, wash off at the showers then head to the pools. Food, drink and snacks were available at the pools. Pizza, hamburgers tacos, nachos are just a few to name. Alcoholic beverages are also available. Evening time they had movies by the pool. Not far from condo is Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and Wild Willy's Adventure Zone (go carts, bumper boats, putt putt, laser tag and big arcade room). We stayed at the condo one whole day without leaving and were perfectly fine and entertained.

Waterscape is perfect for families. The kids area was a hit along with the lazy river. Restaurants and the pier are within walking distance. The condo itself was as described. However, the sofa was super uncomfortable. We couldn’t sit on it in the evening to watch a movie it was so bad. We will definitely stay at this resort again, just in a different condo because of the awful sofa.

Condo was pretty clean for the most part. Need more dish/towels cleaning supplies and there were no complimentary shampoo or conditioner etc. no xtra bath tissue besides what was on the rolls. kitchen was ok equipped. Family room furniture was most uncomfortable. Good views! Just wasn’t as we remember renting in the past stays at this resort! It just felt less than..We made it good tho.
