Welcome to Pura Vida, an oceanfront sanctuary in the heart of Nags Head. From the moment you open the door, you're greeted by a breathtaking, panoramic view of the Atlantic—so close, you'll feel the salty breeze and hear the rhythm of the waves before you've even set your bags down. This is the moment you know: you're officially on OBX time. Pura Vida is a perfect place to relax, reconnect, and restore. Every inch of this two-bedroom, two-bath condo has been thoughtfully imagined, including the modern beds, furnishings, décor, and finishes throughout. This Nags Head condo is coastal living at its finest.

The main living area is an open-concept space with large windows and sliding glass doors that frame unobstructed ocean views. Whether you're curled up on the pull-out sofa or gathered around the coffee table for a family game night, the view is always front and center. Enjoy the indoors with a 70" Smart TV, plush seating, and a curated library that includes books from local North Carolina author and board games for all ages—perfect for rainy days or relaxed evenings in. The fully redesigned kitchen features modern cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, along with a dual Keurig and drip coffee maker, on-demand filtered hot/cold water dispenser, toaster, blender, and full cookware. The dining table seats four, with bar seating for two more at the kitchen island.

At the end of each day, retreat to one of two fully furnished and beautifully outfitted King bedrooms. Both bathrooms are fresh and functional, including a walk-in tiled shower in the primary suite and a tub/shower combo in the hall bath. Want to spend time outside? Step onto your private covered oceanfront balcony, where a cocktail table and captain's chairs offer the best seats in the house—ideal for watching the sunrise with coffee or enjoying sunset drinks with a breeze. On the oceanfront balcony you can take it all in—the salt air, the sound of waves crashing on the shore, and panoramic ocean views that stretch for miles. Watch the sun rise in the morning and catch a glimpse of glowing sunsets from the west in the evening.
