Seaside Dreams is a beautiful, newly renovated villa with modern yet comfortable furnishings.
This lovely villa overlooks the clear waters of the Bioluminescent Bay in the idyllic Rum Point and Cayman Kai community. This location is worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach and offers enchanting vistas, secluded beaches, and numerous amenities.
The ground floor features an open-concept design that allows the living and dining areas to flow into one. The fully equipped kitchen houses stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. The true focal point of the home is the spacious two-story screened lanai facing the turquoise sea that offers additional lounge seating and alfresco dining.
A large swimming pool with a sundeck is located on the water for guests of the complex to enjoy! For adventure seekers, Seaside Dreams offers two tandem kayaks and two bicycles complimentary with your stay.

-- Guest Bedroom: upper-level, queen bed, full-sized day bed, waterfront, private screened balcony, ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination.
Access to amazing natural surroundings is at your back door, overlooking the quiet waters of the cove. Experience the magic and relaxation that comes along with a stay at Seaside Dreams.
Sleeps up to 5 guests max. Pack-n-play cribs are available for our guests at Guest Services. This property does not allow smoking indoors, pets or events/parties.
The Island Houses belong to the Cayman Kai Homeowners Association and observe an outdoor noise curfew at 10:00 PM. The neighbors are very respectful of each other's privacy and quiet enjoyment.
NOTES: Bike rentals, plus kayaks and paddleboards, are available for discounted rental. Signed waiver required.

***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to shifting weather and tide patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. We advise guests to wear foot protection (pool socks or aqua shoes) when entering the ocean to avoid injury on coral heads, ironshore, or rocks.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

Had a wonderful 6 night stay at Seaside Dreams! We loved the location on the bioluminescent bay - we took a great tour with Cayman Kayaks and learned so much and then went kayaking two more times on our own. Took the Stingray and snorkeling trip with Silver Thatch and they were great - picked us up at Kaibo pier. We loved the screened in patio with a beautiful view of the bay. Recommend Rum Point and Tukka East End restaurants - Sunday brunch was so good!!!

Absolutely terrific 2-bedroom condo. Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, lovely lagoon in the back. The condo comes with kayaks, which were fun to use. We even went kayaking at night, where you can see Bioluminescent Bay in action. It was fun to swim and kayak and watch the water light up around you. The condo has everything you need, including pots and pans as well as utensils, and snorkel and kayaking gear. My family of four really enjoyed staying there and I highly recommend it. (If you don't want to make your own meals, there are two restaurants in easy walking distance and a couple others that are a short drive.)
