Conveniently located near Destin along Scenic Gulf Drive, you will find this property to have easy access to Outlets, shopping, fine and casual dining, golfing venues, fishing, boating, and all the fun beach activities. There are restaurants within walking distance. There is even a 6 mile long sidewalk path for walks, runs, or biking. You will be impressed with the spaciousness of the units, the privacy, the views, as well as the convenience of having a townhome to yourself directly on the white sand.

It was great!! Right on the beach. Close to restaurants that we could walk to. Close to grocery stores and other shops. Beautiful home!

It was a great location right on the beach! You can walk down to a couple of great restaurants, parasailing, banana boating, etc.

Multiple roaches were killed during the 5 days stayed. All dishes were dirty, the couch was disgusting with multiple shades, lengths and textures of hair on the couch along with stains. Towels were not cleaned. Dishwasher did not clean dishes. The entire place was not swept or mopped.
