Completely Remodeled Country Cottage including new central heat and air and new bathroom and shower. Convenient to downtown Knoxville, Urban Wilderness, University of Tennessee and Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. 7 miles to the football stadium , basketball area and baseball stadium.

The house is exactly as it appears in pictures. Was well maintained and in an easy area to access. The hosts were easy to work with. This was our first VRBO experience so we had a lot of questions and they made it easy

We waited too long to get a hotel closer to the stadium so we search VRBO and found this cottage. It is a great location, straight shot into downtown Knoxville. There are restaurants and fast food close by if you need something. The cottage was clean and stocked with what you may need (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.). Nice little kitchen, plenty of comfortable seating in the living area for the four of us. Gary was a great host and made everything easy. Thanks for sharing your cottage with us!

Very clean in an excellent and quiet location, and very convenient to downtown and other attractions. The host is very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for our two night stay. Made our trip very enjoyable!

Traveled to Knoxville for the Vols vs. Mizzou game. Home was close to stadium/university as well as had many choices nearby for lunch/dinner. Also was super close to Walmart! Gary was very responsive and very welcoming when we arrived. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!
