Welcome to EP7R — an architect-designed studio with a mezzanine sleeping area, located in the heart of Athens.

Thoughtfully crafted for comfort and flexibility, this open-plan studio accommodates up to three guests: two on a queen-size bed on the mezzanine (which can also be set up as two singles), and one on the sofa bed in the living area.

This fully equipped apartment also offers 24/7 hot water and guest-controlled heating — a rare convenience in Athens.

Enjoy the green rooftop with charming neighborhood views and shared laundry facilties. The terrace is accessible via the main building entrance and an internal staircase (two flights of stairs).

This studio is located in Psirri, a lively and historic neighbourhood in central Athens known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair.
Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still showcases traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and charming neoclassical architecture.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—and situated next to Plaka, Psirri is a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

Early check in or late check out
Early check-in and late check-out are possible depending on availability and requested times. Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

For arrivals after 21:00, we highly recommend our trusted taxi service. Payment is made directly to the driver, who will meet you at the airport, assist with your arrival, check you in, and provide useful information about the apartment and the local area at no extra charge.
