The fully-equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals while enjoying the scenic surroundings. The lower floor houses the two inviting bedrooms, offering a serene retreat for a peaceful night's sleep. The thoughtful layout ensures privacy and comfort, making it an ideal arrangement for families or friends traveling together. The first bedroom offers a King bed with en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a Queen and Twin bed with an en suite bathroom. There is a portable A/C unit available for your convenience and comfort.

This is a lovely spot! It rained a bit while we were there, but was so gorgeous watching it through the sliders to the ocean that it didn’t bother us a bit. Nite that there are beach chairs/umbrella/boogie boards etc, for use. And there is a pour over coffee maker as well as a Keurig, but bring your own coffee either way.

The location and deck are great. Much of the interior could use sprucing up - there is not attention to detail. For example, there are 3 dinner forks and 3 salad forks; pots could be replaced. That said, when we sent a picture of a chipped wine glass, new ones were left on the front porch for us. Living room furniture and rug are "tired". There needs to be lighting on the path on the side of the house coming from the driveway. The management company was responsive - sometimes in AI form. Dish washer needs replacing.
