Our home is part of a multi-family building with two or more units on-site. Please inquire to rent the whole building. This advertisement is for 1 unit on the lower level. There is another unit on the second floor of the building.
- Although somewhat rare, the patio may be shared at times with the Owner/Owner's Family.
Staircase/Accessibility
This ground-level home has 2 single stairs (8 inches high) along the outside walkway. Once inside, there are no stairs between the patio and the home. This home is perfect for those with mobility issues.
Air-Conditioning
This home does not have air conditioning. Box fans are provided for your comfort, and if additional cooling is needed, a portable AC unit can be rented from a local vendor for $399.

I decided to take my teens and check out Newport for the first time. I had no idea how crazy it is for the 4th. This beachfront house was the perfect location. A quick walk down to the shops and excitement, then back up to families and sweet neighbors enjoying the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot to relax.

Great spot right on the ocean. Laundry costs which was a little irritating but overall a great property.

Only one roll of paper towels. Barely any bath towels, hand towels or washcloths. No dishwasher so not sure how clean any of the very few glasses were. Not sure if the pull out couch bed sheets were even clean.
