The pool is heated; however, water temperature varies with outdoor conditions and does not reach hot tub levels.
No diving is permitted.
No rocks or small objects are allowed in the pool (can damage the cleaner).
Please do not adjust pool settings or touch the pool cleaner — it remains in the pool at all times.
Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.
Pets are welcome with a non‑refundable deposit of $120.
Guests must pick up pet waste during their stay.

Check‑in: 4:00 PM
Check‑out: 10:00 AM
Neighborhood Courtesy
Please be respectful of our neighbors.
Do not park in their spaces.
Limit noise between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

This house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes and appliances. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very close to MLB spring training baseball fields. Pool in back yard is a plus. Host responded to all my questions in a timely manner.

The house was very clean in a nice & safe neighborhood. We walked every day in the quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay in this home.
