The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to messages. Three teenage boys loved the pool table and enjoyed the spacious downstairs. They were able to have their own bedrooms. We stayed in our master bedroom most of the time to allow them freedom. 65” tv was great for us.

Host was responsive other than when I asked about a potential early check in and they did not respond at all. Bed in primary bedroom is not a king size as stated in the description.
