This spacious home offers comfort and amenities for a relaxing stay:
* Fully stocked large open kitchen with steel appliances, a dining area, and a breakfast bar.
* Cozy living room with comfortable sofas, perfect for lounging with a full sofa sleeper.
* Master bedroom with a Queen bed with a walk-in closet & en suite bathroom.
*Guest bedroom, ideal for kids and friends, with a queen bunk below & a full on top.
Outdoor Amenities:
* Front Patio & Deck: Relax with seating arrangements and stunning mountain views while relaxing in private hot tub.
* Scenic Surroundings: Explore nearby walking trails, enjoy views of Case Mountain, and experience the Kaweah River and Sequoia National Park close by.
PLEASE NOTE: There is an unused garage at the back of the property. We kindly ask guests not to try to open it during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!
Cameras are located on the outside of the property. No cameras are inside.

*Maximum occupancy of 8 is strictly enforced.
*No smoking or vaping inside the home.
*No parties/events (Unauthorized parties/events will result in immediate cancellation with no refund, and an additional $1000 fee)
*No pets allowed (Unauthorized Pet Fee $500)
*Tampering with or disabling the Wi-Fi or camera will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
*No open fires or fireworks
*No exception to Check-In and Check-Out times unless pre-approved by host in advance
*No flushing anything other than toilet paper in toilets (Flushing other items-even if labeled flushable-could result in damage and additional fees for repairs)
*Please help us keep the white towels white-black makeup washcloths are provided for make-up removal, etc.
-Guests have full access to the entire property, except the locked pantry inside & the carport/garage in the back. Feel free to enjoy the home and make it your own during your stay!
-The property manager is local (lives ~15-20 mins away) and is available to assist with anything you need during your stay. Whether you have questions about the home, need help finding local attractions, or require assistance, simply reach out—we’re here to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!
While we have made our home as comfortable as possible, we still are located in a remote wilderness area and encourage our guests to prepare for some rustic experiences. That can mean hot summer days, unexpected outages or the occasional encounters with some four to eight-legged neighbors (think lizards, spiders, deer, and very rarely a curious bear or wildcat!) We are an extension of Great Sierra Nevada ecosystem, so part of the magic here is the rugged charm of the wild!

Great landing pad if you’re visiting Sequoia National Park. This house is just minutes from the entrance. The house is well kept and nicely furnished. Close to local shops and restaurants. The patio has amazing views and made a lovely place to have morning coffee as well as a nice glass of wine after a day of hiking. The hot tub at sunset was quite nice. Warning, the groceries are limited in Three Rivers. If you’re planning on cooking, you’d do well to get them in Visalia before heading to Three Rivers.

Views of the valley were great along with the location to the park. Kids enjoyed the hot tub and corn hole on the deck. Not as well organized as some other Vrbo’s we’ve stayed at in the past. Could use some basic maintenance of the unit as well. The range hood was broken and kept popping out whenever we used the microwave or opened one of the cabinets. I had to fix one of the barstools that was very loose. I’d recommend the property based on the view and some other amenities but a couple quirky things.

Very clean and quiet location. If you are going to the park and staying in Three Rivers, this is the place to stay!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and nicely furnished. The hot tub was VERY nice, and the pillows were very high quality! Would recommend!
