Brought the family and our dog for a short trip to the FAST facility for a competition. You can see the swim facility from the driveway, it’s that close. This home was perfect for our stay and the game room was very much enjoyed by the kids. The back yard was fenced and the dog had a great time zooming around. Looking forward to our next competition and hoping this home is available when it comes. The host’s communication is fast and accommodating as well.

Great House - EVEN GREATER HOST

Nice mini basketball game, air hockey, and dartboard all working well. Place was clean and Pet friendly. Fenced backyard for dogs was perfect

This is a fantastic property. We stayed here while my teenagers participated in the State HS swim meet at FAST. Location was about 5 minutes from FAST and exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very easy. Hosts were very responsive. The house itself had so many amazing features. Wide open floor plan had two living room areas and a large dining room table. Lots of places to gather. The game room had plenty to keep the teens entertained and off devises. Bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds. The way the rooms were arranged still felt spacious yet we’re able to accommodate many sleepers. A dog bed, toy and food/water bowls were left out which made my dog feel right at home. Nice large fenced yard in the back was also a highlight for my dog. The screened in patio provided a great space to sit out and enjoy the Florida outdoors. We would absolutely rent again! Thank you!!
