Set above a separate ground-floor unit, this bright walk-up home pairs an open-concept kitchen and large living room with marina-facing outdoor space. Gather around the indoor dining table for eight or dine on the furnished private deck, with seating for six, while taking in the waterfront setting, sunrises, and sunsets.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom: king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
• Second bedroom: king bed
• Third bedroom: queen bed and two twin beds
• A second bathroom is accessed separately from the hallway and is shared by the second and third bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking and baking essentials. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, an HDTV with Apple TV, board games, a high chair, and a Pack ’n Play/travel crib add comfort for groups and families. Washer and dryer facilities are available in the building.

Please be respectful of furniture and borrowed equipment like bikes, paddles boards and kayaks.
The home is located within an active marina please be respectful of how and where you park and please no parking on the grass.
Do not affix anything to the walls or ceilings like 3M hooks, stickers, etc.

The location was so peaceful and beautiful! We were a quick drive into Mystic. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, everything we needed and more. Parking was easy and communication prior to check in was outstanding. We can’t wait to stay again soon! Thank you for a perfect coastal weekend.

We stayed here over Easter weekend. Very clean place, host was easy to work with. The location is great, the beds were comfortable and the place itself was very tranquil and nice views of the cove. Id definitely recommend this place to others.

This is a wonderful hidden gem in Groton. I stayed here with the whole family and everyone had a great time. The location right on the water is awesome with amazing views from sunrise to sunset. It's a quick drive into Mystic, Stonington, or Goton for all the attractions. We were able to walk to Noank for some great fried seafood at Abbots and to Eskers beach for a quick dip.
Lots of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. We loved relaxing around the firepit after the kids went to bed. The place is quiet and beds were comfortable so we all slept well. Kitchens were well stocked for making group meals. BBQ worked great for when we cooked dinner. Overall we had a wonderful time. Dave was an awesome host and super responsive. Can't wait to come back next year!

With 13 adults and seven children sleeping on site, plus six joining for Thanksgiving day, it was a good venue for a large group. Super advantage to have two full kitchens, plus a third refrigerator and microwave for all the food preparation and juggling feeding kids in between. Good supply of tableware and cooking equipment. In warmer weather there would be a nice large picnic table outside, but the host added a long folding table and chairs that we put up between the living room and kitchen which, with the main dining table, accommodated most adults for sit-down dining .
Downsides for our group, who do lots of activities like games as well as conversation, were that there is really only one moderately large room contiguous with the kitchen for everyone to gather in (and so tends to be pretty noisy), and the second floor of the venue requires going outside to access (which was less than ideal with kids running around in bare feet and pajamas). Although the second floor had a sitting area, this was less useful for us because it segregated activity too much and was hard to access for the older folks in the family. On the plus side, it provided a usually quiet escape for some of us.
Wonderful fire pit out near the water with plenty of chairs and lots of wood available. And only a short walk to a nice sandy beach for alternative entertainment of the children.
