Step inside the spacious A-frame living room, where the vaulted ceilings create an open, airy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation and comfort. The cozy wood-burning stove is perfect for warming up after a day on the slopes, while the open-concept design allows for easy gathering and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are designed for sharing meals and making memories, with plenty of room to cook and dine together in comfort. - Loft: 3 twin beds, overlooking living room (sleeps 3).
Upper Level:
- King Master Suite: King bed, private balcony, private bathroom w/ shower/tub combo (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 2: King bed, sitting chair (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 3: (2) twin beds, sitting chair (sleeps 2).
Main Level:
- Bathroom: walk-in shower, toilet.
Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No smoking or vaping of any kind.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Business and Occupational License #BCA-72379
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Dog friendly, 1 dog max 60lbs weight limit – $50 per night pet fee.
- A $500 damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Parking: 3 outdoor spaces total - guests do not have access to the garage.
- Please Note: A four-wheel drive vehicle is required November through May.

The cabin was spacious enough for our teenagers to spread out and pet friendly which was a huge plus! It had all the necessities we needed to cook there. It was conveniently located (not far from skiing and town). Host was easy to communicate with, check in was easy.

We loved this cabin. It was so pretty outside with the snow. The house was clean and in great shape. It was so quiet out there, but still close to Breckenridge.

Its such a mixed bag its hard to say. The place was a great size and comfortable. However, there was a foul smell that hit you as you walked in and seriously bothered my daughter in law. We are thinking that there may have been smokers who didnt respect the owner's rules. When we got home, i had to wash everything because the smell permeated everything including our soft sided luggage and even our dog.Such a shame because it was a well stocked, delightful place otherwise. They reached out to see what they could do, but there honestly wasnt anything that could be done.
