There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bunk room with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary. CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
