Completely renovated in 2020, the villa is located on the first line of the sea, above the cliffs of Cala Pi. The south-facing house sits on an approximately 660-square-meter Mediterranean-style lot in a quiet location. The idyllic sandy beach of Cala Pi and the town center, with its variety of restaurants and bars, are just a 2-minute walk away.
A large covered terrace with a spacious dining table and the pool terrace, featuring a beautiful pool and plenty of lounge chairs, invite you to relax.
On hot days, you’ll feel very comfortable on the covered terrace with the large dining table, as a cooling breeze usually blows through here.
Another terrace on the steep slope directly above the sea invites you to enjoy the sunset here.
The villa features underfloor heating with a modern, energy-efficient heat pump and a high-performance air conditioning system. To ensure a positive environmental footprint, a high-performance photovoltaic system with solar panels has been installed. The electricity generated here during the day is primarily used for the property’s own consumption.
The house is equipped for year-round use, and even in stormy weather, it’s a treat to watch the wild waves from the cozy, warm sunroom and let your gaze wander across the sea all the way to Colonia Sant Jordi.
On the first floor, the vacation home features, among other things, a dining area with an open, modern kitchen and direct access to the covered terrace; a living area with a glass-enclosed extension and access to the terrace; a separate guest bathroom; and another bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
On the upper floor is the large master bedroom with access to a covered terrace offering a beautiful ocean view and an en suite bathroom, as well as another bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Parking for one car is available on the property.
The romantic bay of Cala Pi, with its beautiful sandy beach, is just a 2-minute walk away. The nearest access to the popular sandy beach of Es Trenc is in Sa Ràpita, only about 12 minutes (18 km) away. Golfers can reach the two golf courses, Son Antem and Maioris, in just a few minutes by car. The nearest marinas are in S’Estanyol, Sa Ràpita, and El Arenal.

Oliver was a great host & the villa was outstanding - absolutely beautiful!! Highly recommend & Cala Pi beach stunning! Local restaurant a must! Palma about 30mins drive & Cala D’or 45mins. Car essential & just need to be prepared to stop at big supermarkets while out and about although the little shop in Cala Pi has bakery and all other essentials you may need! Highlight beach for us also Cala Mondrago. Get there early! Just to note the listing on bedrooms is not clear.. it’s 3 double bedrooms en-suite & one smaller bedroom with seperate shower room/toilet, but it has a double bed too although described as a single!

This is a truly stunning villa in a beautiful if a little quiet location. Can have no complaints about the villa, facilities, swimming pool, view and host.
But for those not interested in cooking there are limited restaurants within walking distance. But plenty of good restaurants if you are happy to catch a cab.

Our family of 7 stayed in this gorgeous home for one week. It has all the amenities you need. We cooked in at least one meal each day. I loved that there were large pots and pans, dinnerware and glasses to enjoy our meals together on the terreace. Beds are comfortable and everyone/couple had their own bathroom. Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and yet in 25 min you could be in the
hustle and bustle of Palma. Oliver was charming and helpful. The VIEWS however from this home are unforgetable. The water is pristene. We enjoyed swimming while watching sailboats pass by. At night you could hear the water crashing into the cliffs. One of our alltime favorite stays!
