For many years we have not used the chemicals or weed killers which many farmers use in Italy. We are now networking with local enthusiasts for Permaculture Methods and doing our best to support the local flora and fauna protecting the ecology with a waterwise method of growing. Next year we will actively plant to support the bee population.
All produce from the surrounding fruit trees are available for the guests to pick. Depending on the time of year we have Cherries, Plums, Mulberrys, Figs, Medlars, Pears, Quince, Lemons, Clementines and Herbs such as Basil and Mint.
