A spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, terraced townhouse. Set over 3 floors with modern décor, close to the picturesque port and blue flag beaches of Agia Anna and the stunning beaches of Plaka and Agios Prokopios. Only a 400m walk to the beach.
The layout of my house is perfect for 2 couples or a family with children, having sleeping areas with air conditioning, shower rooms and terraces on the upper and lower floors, and a shared living space with terrace and air conditioning in between.
The house has 3 very large terraces with 180 degree panoramic views along the South West coast of Naxos and is located in a very quiet no through road, on a small hill, overlooking the surrounding beaches.
On the middle level there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, dishwasher, dining & living areas, 2 large double sofa beds, air conditioning, 40in Curved Smart Satellite TV with Netflix, CD music player, high speed wireless internet (40Mbps) and a workspace/desk. This leads to a large balcony with spectacular views.
From the middle level, stairs lead down to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed, large double sofa bed, air conditioning & shower room. A store room with Siemens washing machine and a Bosch tumble dryer. From the bedroom there are double doors leading onto a 25 m² balcony with sun beds, table & chairs & glorious views along the Naxos coastline.
From the middle level stairs lead up to a large double bedroom with a queen size bed air conditioning and a shower room, double doors lead to a large balcony with sun beds, table and chairs and stunning views.

Naxos averages more than 10 hours of sunshine a day in the summer months and almost no rain in June, July, August and September. Naxos was recently voted the 6th best island in the world by reviewers.
Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights. Also we have outside security cameras (CCTV) which are switched off during your stay.

The house when we arrived was immaculate. The house is light and spacious with lovely views of the sea (true to the photos). It is very well equipped with high end white goods and everything you need for an easy and comfortable stay. Plentiful pans and equipment to cook meals. David, the host, explained everything on arrival and showed us round his house. He also showed us places to visit, along with a map and gave recommendations for local restaurants. We had a car but were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. There is a mini market within walking distance but also a very good supermarket a short drive away. The drive into the mountains and the visit to Filoti is highly recommended. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Agia Anna and would love to return. David is a great host, on hand to help but left us to enjoy our holiday. Thank you!

David’s place was immaculate, beautiful, and everything we could’ve hoped for during our stay in Naxos. Our family was four people, and the set up was perfect for parents up top and kids on the bottom floor. Views and patios were wonderful. David was extremely responsive, kind and met us at the house when we arrive to make sure that everything related to the house was set up for us. The house itself was beautiful, well appointed, and comfortable. Some of the best bedding and towels I have ever had at a vacation rental! Location was wonderful and lots of great restaurants in a beach within reasonable walking or driving distance. Would return to Naxos in a heartbeat and stay at David’s place again!

We had a great time in David's place,.and enjoyed interacting with David,.too. The terraces we're great,.the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Agia Anna was a great base: close to the airport and Chora, and with a number of cool restaurants along the beach. Naxos is a great island, with wide variety of landscapes,.lots of cool towns.

We had a wonderful stay on the beautiful island of Naxos. The home was very comfortable and our host was exceptional! From providing a warm welcome to sharing great recommendations about activities and great restaurants, David truly made our holiday memorable.
