Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.
Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.
- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

The property was very clean. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff we saw were all very friendly and helpful. The room had great views of the beach and gulf. We loved the short walk to the beach. Parking was great and loved that it was gated. Was a wonderful stay and would book the room again.

The unit was very clean with a fantastic view of the ocean from the large balcony. We had some difficulty with the lock and someone came to fix it immediately in the evening. Beds were comfy. The unit is a little outdated but served our purposes well.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to return. Checking in was easy and checking out was easy!

The glass shelves were covered in dust. and other surfaces seemed smeared ( coffee table) The refridgerator looked like it needed wiped out. Bathroom faucet handle in master bath left sink needed a good scrubbing. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the view.
