►The studio has the common wall shared with the other unit.
►There are 2 attachable Twin beds which you can turn in to one King size bed instantly. Also there is a one sofa bed turns to a single bed.
► Brand new Zinus mattresses and Tommy Bahama pillows.
► Full bathroom with bathtub. Mini kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Iron, iron board, high speed WIFI, Roku TV etc.
►Patio with the gas grill and camp fire pit.

◉ Outside patio&grill area and parking in front of the building are common area that might be used by other guests.
◉ Only guests who’s names are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight, this is strictly enforced by our insurance policy.
◉ Access is provided via individual code for smart lock device. If you have not received the code, please contact the host.
◉ Parking is available on the driveway. Please, leave room for walkway for the other home guests. Additional free parking is available in front of the home on the streets.
◉ No smoking inside of home. $250 remediation fee will be assessed if smoking is suspected in the interior property. No open flames or candles of any kind are allowed on the property.
◉ Smoking allowed at the backyard.
◉ No Parties/Loud Music/Noise/Illegal Activities, Drugs etc. Such behaviors will not be tolerated and can lead to cancellation without a refund. Kindly respect a courtesy quiet hours starting at 9 pm for our neighbors.
◉ The booking guests are responsible for any damaged or unaccounted items whether the damage is caused by themselves or anyone accessing the home during the stay. The host has a right to charge by his own discretion the additional fees to cover repair and (or) replacement of the damaged or missing the items. Please, respect the home and leave in same condition as received.
◉ Pets are welcome with the advanced host`s permission and $400 pet deposit.

Amazing studio apartment for two of my friends and two dogs it was plain it smelled plain Posey backyard. The most friendliest neighbour is reasonable priced. Thank you for allowing dogs fast response from owner if you need anything just wonderful. I highly recommend this place if you want to check out Phoenix, Arizona.

Great location, very convenient to downtown area! Clean space with enough room for one maybe two ppl. My only minor complaint is the towels are too thin anddd the metal bed frames squeak a lot so if your planning on having a how do I say this “intimate encounter” with a significant other, it’s going to be loud and a bit annoying lol other than that it was a cool stay.

Downtown was pretty close, still couldn't walk the area certain times of the day didn't feel safe. Road is highly trafficked with cars on both sides parked. Room needs a good deep cleaning, new shower curtain. The beds were very squeaky and not comfortable at all. Overall the room is a good little stay for the price. Thankfully we were in room B so we had direct access to the back patio which helped to not feel so closed in.
