The luxurious penthouse is located on the 3rd / 4th Floor (elevator available). With fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle (no bathtub), 1 living room with exit to the balcony, 2 bedrooms and 1 gallery room on the upper floor with direct access to the own terrace of 70m²
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are provided
(no beach towels).
The air conditioning (cooling / heating) is billed by a coin counter
and must be paid by the tenant on site.
Smoking is only allowed outside.
The outdoor pool area (communal area) is only open during the summer months,
- smaller pets possible

The apartment with well-kept complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach.
Here you can enjoy the best climate in Europe. You will feel comfortable here.
Every Monday there is a weekly market in Torrox Costa.
The provincial capital of Malaga with all its sights, the Picasso Museum, the old town, etc. is easily accessible by bus.
The neighboring municipality of Nerja, 6 km away, is an attractive city

Our stay in the rented apartment was fantastic! The sea views were breathtaking, and the proximity to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, which served delicious food. The apartment was cozy and well-appointed. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We have stayed here previously. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives close by. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and of course right by the beach. We had an issue regarding cleanliness this time and due to family commitments we did not report this at the time. I think the apartment should be checked pre new occupancy as it felt like it had been a little while since it was cleaned and we are assuming it is cleaned after the last occupancy leaves which could be a little period of time in between. We would still consider using the apartment again.
