Best of the best !! The house was beautiful, clean, organized and a perfect fit for our trip. Host was quick to respond. Communication was very clear. She is one of the sweetest hosts we have dealt with. Pool was clean and the house came with plenty of extras for pool and home. Plenty of beach stuff available to use also. Highly highly recommend !!

Our family had a great time staying at this rental! The house was clean and cozy, the backyard was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely book again.

The house and neighborhood were fine. Clean and well appointed. Cindy's contact via phone was very overbearing and unwelcome. She has a secondary agreement with multiple places and points to initial and sign. At the very end of her four page document after the signature line is a request for a cash cleaning fee. This was after I paid for my booking. Very unprofessional... Will be filing a complaint with VRBO.
