Apartment near 60m2, in the heart of the resort, ski in and close to all amenities.
IDEAL LOCATION for your holidays in Tignes. All the amenities are close by! The residence is above the snow front at ESF / evolution 2 / Mamotton lessons for the little ones.
THE BEST LOCATION OF THE STATION 😉
On the 10th floor with elevators of Le Palafour residence, in the heart of Tignes Le Lac. Apartment of nearly 60m² that can accommodate up to 6 people! Comfortable apartment, bright, fully equipped, large balcony, with views of the snow front and the tourist office.
AT THE FOOT OF THE RESIDENCE:
Departure ski slopes for all levels, ski schools (ESF, Evolution 2 and Marmottons (for the little ones!), bakery, restaurants, ski rental shops, shops, supermarkets, bar, free shuttles from the station, Lagoon (swimming pool with slide, paddling pool for children and large pool, spa, fitness room ...)
Tignespace (gym: rock climbing, team sports, gym, trampoline ...),
House Tignes (tourist office) and STGM counters to buy / get your ski passes 50 meters from the apartment.
Central apartment, close to all amenities, for young and old, skiers and non-skiers!
Ideal location for a stay without car: underground parking of the station below the place of Tignes the lake, close to the apartment! Remember to book for your winter stays on http: // www. Tignes. net (choose LAC3). Free parking in the summer.
Stop free shuttles from the station near the apartment (Tignespace or House of Tignes LAC).
Apartment classified 4 * by the resort, renovated by me in 2019 and fully equipped.
A living room / kitchen:
- 1 new kitchen from 2019, equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, espresso machine etc.
- 1 living room of 30 m2 with sofa bed (sleeping for 2 people), coffee table, flat screen TV 123 cm, games console, all overlooking a balcony view FRONT OF SNOW and the LAKE.
Rooms / cabins:
- 1 bedroom with window overlooking Rue de la Poste with 1 double bed 140x200 + 2 foldable bunk beds + storage
- 1 closed bedroom with double beds 140X200 + cupboard + canopy overlooking the hallway.
- 1 bathroom with sink, Italian shower + towel dryer.
- 1 Wc hanging
- 1 entrance with cupboard and ski boots dryer (6 pairs simultaneously)
- 1 free WiFi internet connection for renters only
- 1 ski locker on the ground floor of the building
The apartment is non-smoking. Animals, even small ones, are not accepted.
In the winter season, the apartment is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Check in 16h and departure 10h. The delivery of the keys is done on the spot.
For the winter: linen not included.
Attention: cleaning end of stay extra if necessary (120 euros to be paid locally).
In summer: enjoy MY TIGNES OPEN cards (free activities on the resort)
Sheets and end cleaning optional on request

Fabulous location, spectacular views from the apartment, modern and well kitted out accommodation. Such friendly hosts who communicated very well. We couldn’t have asked for more!

The apartment is in the heart of Tignes le Lac and is perfectly located for the lifts, shops, and restaurants. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay and is clean and spacious - we would definitely recommend it.
As hosts, Pierre and Neile were always available if needed and responded to all communications quickly. All round, a 5 Star apartment!
