The open great room and brand-new gourmet kitchen overlook the ocean. Perfect home for entertaining or relaxing on the sun-drenched private decks. Two terraced stone patios, outdoor fireplace, Jacuzzi Spa, BBQ, and all newly purchased furniture make this beach house is truly one-of-a-kind.
Home offers king bed and a twin sleeper sofa (for 1 person) in master suite, a queen bed in the secondary master bedroom, a bunk bed in the third bedroom. (There is also a loft but that is only accessible via a ladder along the wall. Thus, loft accessibility would not suit everyone).

This was our fourth visit to this property. It's an amazing location with great features. The large glass doors open in the back to a patio with great views of the beach and ocean breezes. Always a great destination for some downtime.

This home is perfectly located, attractively renovated & furnished and very nicely equipped. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The views are beautiful and direct access to the beach is unbeatable. We’ll look forward to retuning.

This home is centrally located on a quiet street right on the beach (unlike others that are on PCH). We loved that it was so close (5 min walk) to the grocery store, restaurants & the village shops. Definitely book this one as you will not be disappointed.
