This is one of those special Tuscany’s Farmhouses Villas that really captures the imagination. At ground level of the main building there is a beam-ceilinged grand living room with original stone fireplace and a tv with international channels. There's a fully equipped traditional kitchen featuring , and a classically styled open plan dining room seating up to 14 guests. Both the dining room and a second living room here open to two pleasant outside terraces: one in the sun at the front side of the house where the outdoor living and lounge area is and one in the shade on the back side of the farmhouse where an outdoor living and dining area with an American Weber BBQ and Wood Fired Pizza Oven is along with a jacuzzi. A toilet and a separate laundry room completes the floor.



Two staircases leads to two separate areas on the first floor of the main building. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:



-1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath tub and built shower;



-2 double bedrooms with 2 ensuite bathrooms with built-in showers;



-1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two twin beds sharing a bathroom with built-in shower



The villa's lower floor impresses with exposed stone walls and vaulted ceilings where a Thermal Salts indoor heated pool is located. The annex provides 1 bedroom suite with a king size bed and living area and 1 bedroom with two twin beds. The Farmhouse is fully air conditioned and it has a very reliable WIFI connection provided by the national phone company.
