Your Nette Sun apartment offers one of the most beautiful ways to spend a fantastic vacation on Sylt, whether as a couple or a discerning single.

Your home has been designed with the utmost care and good taste, down to the smallest detail. It truly deserves the title “Designer Lounge.” Exquisite furnishings, spaciousness, plenty of natural light, and enchanting design details—such as the XXL Raindance faucet and built-in radio in the bathroom, or the ultra-comfortable and cozy box-spring bed—are just some of the features that set your accommodations apart.

But that’s not all—a state-of-the-art communal wellness area awaits you in the basement. Your indoor pool is even suitable for serious lap swimming and, with its waterfall feature, offers pure wellness. The showers were hand-sculpted into a spiral shape and fitted with stylish LED lights. A spacious sauna and steam room are also a must here.

The location is no less brilliant—you’re right in the heart of Westerland, yet a little removed from the hustle and bustle, and the expansive beach is just a few steps away. It doesn’t get any better than this!

Floor plan:

A luxurious 2-room apartment on the upper floor (all on one level!), located in a prime spot in Westerland, with approx. 65 square meters of living space for up to two people and balconies facing south and west.

Upper floor:
Look forward to the beautifully designed, spacious, and light-filled living area. Here you’ll find elegant furnishings (“Bielefelder Werkstätten”), high-quality art on the walls, and enchanting decorative accents. The entire living environment and cozy atmosphere reflect exquisite taste and a flair for the refined.

The technical amenities also leave nothing to be desired: your LÖWE TV, an iPod/Bluetooth dock, and a radio and CD player ensure the best in entertainment.

Your luxury kitchen, fully equipped with every conceivable appliance, is cleverly separated from the living area by a sideboard. Here you’ll also find your cozy dining area.

You’ll sleep like a baby, pampered in the bedroom by a 5-star hotel-style, handcrafted box-spring bed (180x200 cm—full-length). The chic Tolomeo lamps let you read your favorite book or watch TV on your large LÖWE set, which has been cleverly integrated into the spacious and elegant wardrobe with sliding doors.

Your bathroom delights the eyes and senses with exquisite fixtures, an XXL Raindance faucet, and fine tiles. Your built-in radio lets you start the day on a cheerful note, and the hand-painted wall adds visual accents.

The highlight par excellence is the impressive communal wellness area in the building’s basement. Here, you can relax in a large pool, a small relaxation area, as well as a sauna and steam room. A shared washer and dryer are also available here.

Your vehicle, of course, can be parked safely right in front of your home.
