This luxury condominium with a spacious layout is conveniently located in the popular Catamount Lodge, right in the heart of the Village at Northstar. Catamount 406 is truly unique; it is the only residence of its kind, featuring two stories. The remodeled interior has a spiral staircase leading to a loft, making this residence much larger than other two-bedroom units in the Village.

The main living level features a grand master suite—large enough to include a sofa and a private door to the balcony—along with a guest bedroom with a king bed and bathroom, and a half bath by the kitchen. Located upstairs is an open loft area with a den, as well as a full bed and a sleeper sofa.

The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas range, granite countertops, and stone floors. The open floor plan with massive vaulted ceilings gives the feel of a larger ski home and provides lots of space for gathering with family and friends. There is a dining table for 6 and breakfast bar seating for 4. Step outside to the balcony overlooking the Village pedestrian area below. With its updated interior and unique layout, this spacious two-story residence is the perfect getaway for a large family or a group of couples!
Shared outdoor hot tubs and fitness center are located on the ground level of the Catamount Lodge. Guests may also enjoy use of the Village Swim and Fitness Center, which includes a year-round saline pool, hot tub, large fitness facility, locker rooms with steam showers, and a game and lounge area. This residence includes one underground parking space in the heated parking garage with elevator access. Whether you choose to hike, mountain bike, golf, ski, or skate, you will find everything you need only steps away from your front door.
