We had a great stay. The location was great. My suggestions for improvement to receive excellent for all areas.
We used the cooker which was in need of cleaning. only small oven for a property serving so many.
The front of the property would benefit from a lick of paint. The carpets in the house are in need of cleaning. Not too bad in the bedrooms but the stairs need attention.
All this said I would stay here again and for a party room it’s perfect.

We booked for my sisters bridal shower and the house suited the occasion perfectly. Beautifully presented and plenty of space. Plus the proximity to York town centre is ideal.
