A little cottage Located on the riverbank of the Tar river. Short walk to ECU, uptown. Lovely view of the river from the queen size bed. All kitchen supplies you may need during your stay are available. This property is located in a college neighborhood. There is potential for noise. Perfect rental for football games, graduations, or any other short visit in Greenville. Fairly private but does share a backyard with the main house. Has its own private driveway.

Definitely will be staying here again when we visit Greenville again!! Was absolutely perfect! Smelt so clean when we walked in, couch was so comfy , perfect location

This was the perfect spot to stay. It was larger than I thought it would be and it was so convenient to everything! Check-in & check-out were easy breezy. Very clean, quiet, well stocked with everything from extra linens to cookware. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great find and relaxing stay. Very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Host was great at customer service.

This home is the perfect landing place for 2 people, especially if you like or love nature. Waking up to the view of the river just starts your day off with a smile. The kitchen has everything one would need and the couch is super comfy. Definitely will recommend! The owners have great communication. Such a great little Gem.
