Beautiful, 5BR 4 full and 2 half BA family friendly house. Walk one block (420 ft) to your private beach access. Relax on the large deck and 12x24 private saltwater pool. The house has plenty of parking space. We recently put in 2 new air conditioners to keep you cool on those hot summer days. We also have 2 washers and 2 dryers to help keep those beach towels clean!

All bedrooms have a private full bathroom except the two first level queen rooms that share a Jack and Jill full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the living area and another half bathroom on the ground level for easy access from the pool. All bedrooms have flat-screen Smart LED TVs with basic cable. Dining space for 14, a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. Bed linens (starting 2027 linens provided), 14 bathroom towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided. 7-day minimum. Saturday to Saturday.

Enjoy the large kitchen with plenty of counter space to cook solo or as a group. The kitchen also has an island that sits 4 that is perfect for hanging out or playing games. In addition to the open living space, you can hang out on the ground level and play darts or video games or open up the garage door and enjoy the outside. You'll also love the covered porch and decks off the back of the house not to mention hanging poolside. Not only does this house have open areas to share with family and friends there is plenty of space to retreat and relax. We are located on a wonderful street with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the ocean on the other. There is a park across the street with a public dock where you can see beautiful sunsets. We are just a few blocks from downtown Surf City.
