PLEASE NOTE: The concrete driveway is being replaced and if you book you will not be able to park inside the garage or in the driveway between July 20 to July 30, 2026.
We have secured driveway parking in another unit that is close by and there is also convenient guest parking that should be available.
You can walk on the driveway and enter into the garages on foot 24 hours after the initial pour, but it cannot be driven on for 7 to 10 days.

Walk to four restaurants and a great coffee shop. Close to ski bus or take a short drive to four World Class ski resorts: Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Brighton. Also convenient to the Park City resorts.
Our ski home is HUGE and SPACIOUS, and will make your vacation memorable. Four bedrooms and a loft with king, queen and twin beds.
The pictures and reviews say it all. 3,000 square feet, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes to 4 world class ski resorts, 3 minutes from I-215, 35 minutes to Park City.
Complete with high speed Internet, two HD television (55 in. in living room with surround sound), private washer/dryer, fireplace, BBQ grill, wonderful mountain views, private hot tub, kitchen with all utensils and spices.

Extremely clean high end luxury property with all the comforts for a quiet relaxing vacation or an active outdoor experience and then a return to this exceptional location. Love the close proximity to the mountains, canyons, hiking trails, ski resorts and the grocery store. Kitchen is extremely well organized and the adjacent balcony with a grill is a plus. The common space is generous in size. Incredible high ceilings. Multiple levels with comfortable beds and each bedroom having private full bath. This will be our number one choice to return to.

This property is the best we stayed in. Communication was great, property had everything you would need (kitchen, directions/notes to assist with stay, great restaurants/coffee to walk to and the best part was the trail along the river a few minutes away. Jim and his team are great hosts. We also enjoyed all the artwork around the property!

We couldn't have chosen a better property to gather as a family for the Thanksgiving weekend! This home is spotless, comfortable and beautifully furnished! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful space to relax and connect!

Great location 20 minutes from airport, skislopes, 5 minutes or less for groceries restaurants in walking distance. Townhome looks exactly as pictured. Great stay
