This 2 Bedroom Gulf Front condo is located in Tower 3, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Islands National Seashore. Beautifully decorated condo with updated kitchen appliances and TV.
The private balcony features a grill with plenty of seating for your family!
Each two-bedroom/2.5-bathroom Sky Home is a luxurious condo suite, offering 1,333 square feet of space, including a 170-square-foot balcony.
Every room in every Sky Home has a water view. No Sky Home sits below the fifth floor. Spacious and comfortable, each Sky Home is at least twice as wide as a typical beach condo. With private water-view balconies, each is equipped with all the conveniences you'd expect to find in a premier resort, including spacious closets with extra linens and pillows, as well as a dishwasher, washer/dryer and much more. Every room has its own full bathroom plus a half-bath for Sky Home common-area use. Each of Portofino's five Mediterranean-inspired towers features its own exclusive outdoor pool and revitalizing whirlpool spa, plus covered parking for your convenience.
Bedding includes King, King and Sleeper Sofa
Balcony does have electric grill.
While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. (1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)
Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap
We do not provide beach or pool towels.
Cash payments are not accepted on the property for any items. Guests must provide a credit card at check-in. Resort charges can be paid directly with a credit/debit card or billed to your room number. Room charges may be settled in cash at the front desk prior to departure.
Two Tesla and Universal charging stations are available. These stations are located at Central Reception and the Lifestyle Center.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

Portofino Resort was absolutely stunning. The unit we stayed in was perfect and had so much room for everyone. The property was very well maintained and clean. The views were breathtaking!

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo and property. The view from the balcony was gorgeous; actually saw dolphins in the early morning hours. We ate at the on-site restaurants and found them to offer affordable and tasty options.
The only tip I would extend to future guests is to bring your own trash bags for the kitchen and either tupperware or zip lock bags for left over food items.
