It has a lift, garden, iron, internet access (wifi) via high-speed fibre, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 Smart TV.
The American-style induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- Key handover and check-in are carried out at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor of Torre Principado building, trading name BenidormBooking.
- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash if not available.

It was in a great location as within minutes of the beach and close to the bars & restaurants.
Noisy at night and in the morning but was to be expected due to location. Ear plugs helped. Place could do with a little TLC as few bits broken.
